MINI LEMON MERINGUE CHEESECAKES
Lemon+cheesecake+meringue+graham cracker crust and I might just be in heaven. If heaven tasted like lemons—and I kind of think it will. If you want a slice of heaven, head over to BakedByRachel.com
CINNAMON PEACH ICE CREAM
I know that it’s not longer peach season 🙁 But next year, this recipes is going on my list. It looks like someone took the perfect peach cobbler and converted it to my favorite dessert medium. #bringbacksummer Recipe from ALittleClaireification.com
MY FAVORITE CARROT CAKE
I’m kind of a Carrot Cake snob. The best carrot cake in my opinion is moist, doesn’t have raisins, and the right ratio of frosting to cake and this cake promises to deliver on all accounts. I’m going to have to put this recipe from sallysbakingaddiction.com claims to the test soon.
